Shipping policy

HardWater Designs utilizes USPS and UPS for the majority of it's package shipments. Carrier selection is based on price and available delivery speeds, driven by package size and weight. We will always choose the fastest, most economical option for our customers. 

Processing time varies based on product selection. Non-custom items typically ship within 4-24 hours (based what time a product is ordered) with custom items taking a bit longer, typically 24-72 hours. Shipping speeds also vary, but for both custom and non-custom items we make every effort to have the product delivered within 4-8 business days.
